THE ART OF INSPIRATION

So much has inspired me in these last few weeks and it feels good to get back to it. Designing and creating, I’ve really been busy these last few months, and took a long break from social media to be able to hone in on my craft and continue to keep the brand fresh. In order for me to keep my designs unique and organic inspiration must be at my finger tips. Travel is a big part of what keeps me inspired and I have not been abroad in a few years, but I have taken some local and out of town adventures to stay fresh and motivated. I can’t tell you how important it is to get out there and do things and explore. It keeps you humbled and living in gratitude. In my travels I came across a book store that carried one of my favorite magazines I use to purchase in England. Grazia, a lifestyle magazine I purchased every week. Grazia was my go-to for all things trendy and in season. I purchased the US Summer 23 edition the other day, a bit late but it felt good to turn the pages again. It wasn’t exactly the same vibe as the UK version but I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to draw from some of the looks and trends. August is gone, summer is almost over and fall is just around the corner my favorite time of the year, I can’t wait. Enjoy your holiday, and don’t forget to live it boldly.
